We have been providing apprenticeships in the UK since 2013 with a 100% pass rate. The apprenticeship scheme is central to Bayer’s commitment to developing new talent and creating our leaders and innovators of tomorrow. Many of our apprentices have stayed with us to continue their career and we are thrilled to see them thrive and bring their fresh and creative ideas to our organisation.
