Dominika
To anyone considering applying to Bayer UK&I graduate programme, I can safely say go for it! Since joining, I have had the pleasure of working with knowledgeable and supportive individuals within patient access team in the UK, who are highly motivated by improving healthcare worldwide. As a life science graduate, I feel truly valued by my team members and can leverage my knowledge and provide unique insights when faced with day-to-day challenges on the job.

The corporate culture within Bayer is fantastic – it fosters an open, collaborative environment where you can reach out to colleagues from all around the world to build meaningful relations and gain indirect exposure to various departments within Bayer. This is invaluable when starting out in the industry and allows you to narrow down your career options and decide on the career path you want to pursue. Additionally, the support from my bosses and seniors cannot be overstated – they have arranged for 1-on-1 tutoring, and I feel that they genuinely care about my professional development.
