Prior to his appointment, Vinit was Managing Director and CFO of Bayer Philippines, and he brings rich experience in the areas of controlling & accounting, strategy and product supply and, most recently, general management.

Vinit joined Bayer AG in Germany in 2001 as Pharma International Controlling trainee. In 2014 he became CFO of Bayer Southern Africa and then, in 2018, Managing Director and CFO of Bayer Philippines.

Vinit is a Chartered Accountant with specialisation in financial areas.
